For my project I developed an IEEE specification document for an application that allows patients' medical records to be synced across medical clinics. The system will allow doctors to view their patients' previous records regardless of what clinic they are assessing the patients in. The application also provides patients with the opportunity to view their own records from home with additional features and functionalities.

The project specification came about from various elicitation techniques, interviews, brainstorming sessions and requirements workshops with stakeholders. I analysed industry published documents with concepts similar to my project from the HSE and companies such as Deloitte. I conducted an interface analysis on the potential system and a working prototype was created that is a shell of the centralised medical system which demonstrates the UI and core features that were gathered by stakeholders.
