The payment industry's newest achievement is the contactless payment method. It allows for streamline merchant payments up to an issuing bank or regionally defined monetary limit. It seems to have become the be all and end all of point of sale transaction processing for so many of us.
For this project an in-depth analysis of contactless payment processing within the European region was conducted.
The aim is to provide a visual representation of the industry, highlighting the key performance indicators with processing across the region plus statistical models of the processing platform.
