The aim of the project is to analyse tweets from Twitter users regarding bath bombs manufactured by LUSH Cosmetics, a global cosmetics retailer by executing extract, transform and loading tasks (ETL) on the tweets.

A sentiment analysis is performed by assigning numeric values to the words used in the tweets in order to  classify them in terms of feelings, i.e. positive, negative, anticipation, disgust.

The data collected is used for clustering to visualise and display tweets based on geographical location, analysing the views of customers for specific cities and stores.

Lastly, that data is compared with sales statistics for those cities and stores to forecast future sales through linear regression, providing the business with an opportunity to discover if there is a correlation between their consumers' views and their sales.
