Handymano is an Android application which aims to connect vendors of professional services such as electricians, plumbers or carpenters with people that need those services.
Regular users can browse for tradespeople across Ireland based on their current location or specified address. Regular users can post ads of work they need completed while tradespeople can offer their services on those ads. Tradespeople can create of portfolio of their completed projects while potential customers can view the tradesman’s work.
User can also rate and leave feedback about tradespeople. Data is stored in Google Firebase and location data is retrieved vis Google Maps API.
The project is coded using Java and android Studio.

Three years’ experience as a MES (Manufacturing Execution System) Engineer in the Biopharmaceutical industry.
Strong skills in Core Java and Java EE, SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Firebase.
Currently learning Python.
Fluent in English, native Croatian and currently learning German.
My ambition is to obtain Master's degree in Computer Science or Bioinformatics.
