Project Overview
TeaCat System is a combination of a standard helpdesk ticketing system and a customer relationship management system combined into one entity. The product is aimed at small and medium enterprises.
The system was developed with a purpose of addressing the shortcomings of the most popular ticketing solutions, with a main focus on the automation of the standard everyday processes including ticket assignment, service level agreements and ticket prioritisation that take valuable time that could be utilised more efficiently elsewhere.
Some of the main features this system provides are the creation and modification of the tickets as well as the third-party user information. The architecture of the system allows the communication between the end user and internal employees. The application includes a data base of end user and internal employees, contact information and permission levels.
