Project Overview
This project looks at the effect the climate may have on the spread of Covid-19 in the United States of America. This project correlates weather and temperature with the rate of Covid-19 infection and deaths in the USA. This project aims to recognise when the cases and deaths are at their highest and to see if the climate may be a factor. Extracted Covid-19 data from https://www.data.gov/ and weather data from https://www.ncei.noaa.gov/. Used Excel, SPSS and RStudio to analyse the data. Data Visualisation is done using tableau and Rstudio. The aim of this project was to see if there were any trends or clusters within the data which could help to predict the spread of the virus and help health services prepare for the coming months.
