The housing situation in Ireland is a trending topic. As a student that will hopefully be buying soon, it is vital to know the changes that may occur in price by area , which in turn influences the decision to purchase.

Using data analysis, I've investigated the previous ten years of property sales to find links, trends and patterns in the way houses are bought and sold today. Through machine learning and statistical techniques, I have forecasted future house prices in conjunction with census data to offer more insight into the future of property sales in Ireland. I have used R and Rstudio to run statistics on and to visualise the data.  I also ran a geocoding algorithm using Python together with the Google Maps API to pin point every sale.
