My project is a Dashboard Application called CEMM which stands for Countrys Economy Management & Monitoring Dashboard.

The application is used to analyse how Ireland is doing  and it provides an insight about the countrys overall economic health, using data  from CSO and data.gov.ie. The data collected includes economic data, business data, census data, market data, land resources data etc.

These datasets are analyzed, processed and combined to produce a descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analysis. This can assist the government to develop a strategy or policy to improve its economy, standard of living, quality of life and infrastructure.

The applications descriptive analytics provides insights about the past which will help understand how they might influence the future by identifying particular patterns. Predictive analytics provides forecasts which analyze the likelihood of a future event. Prescriptive analytics is a more complex analysis which prescribes a number of different possible actions and provides towards the best solution depending on the user's goals.

All these analytical tools will certainly be an advantage and a great tool for managing Ireland and making sure Ireland progresses towards a higher standard of living and a higher quality of life.
