Mediguy is an application that targets users that have a strong desire to keep up with everything related to their health and wellbeing. In today's world everybody owns a smartphone. I wanted to create an application that allows users can quickly access information pertaining to their health. Each feature within this application pinpoints specific medical related issues and tries to deal with them in a modernized way.
This application has four main features:
Medical journal which allows users record in their journal daily and upload images. The purpose is to improve mental health.
News API which allows the users to read about new medical information.
A COVID tracker app which records COVID cases by location.
Another section of the application will include a self-assessment feature where the user can self asses a condition they may have. This will include a blood pressure calculator.

Three years customer service experience in a retail environment. Strong organisational skills developed from combining full time studies with part time work.
Excellent communication skills, such as the ability to communicate technical information professionally with peers and the ability to dismantle technical jargon into simpler terms for end-users. Considerable amount of experience working within a team on projects while studying in National College of Ireland and during a Software Development level 5 course.
