The purpose of this  Business Analysis project is to research and document the requirements  for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System for use by a charitable organization that is bereft of an integrated and up to speed CRM System. 

The project will capture the necessary elements for implementation and what is required for completion. Initially requirements were gathered from the active stakeholders involved and these requirements have helped to refine their business processes. The CRM System will enable the Stakeholders to enact their processes in a more efficient manner going forward.

This project features in depth planning to elicit the requirements from stakeholders over the course of action. Analysis is performed on refining the business processes and gaining value from the intended solution. In addition, the creation of business process flows in Visio map form will help to represent the business processes. There is no direct functionality created for this solution but more so conceptualization on how the system would look and what it will be capable of doing.
