Project Overview
The project objective is to use business intelligence tools to conduct a sentiment analysis on Twitter about the Amazon rainforest deforestation and wild fires. The Amazon Rainforest is a topic being discussed worldwide. The necessity of protection and preservation of the Amazon Rain forest is essential as deforestation and wild fires is a reality in the extensive areas of the jungle.
The sentiment analysis will allow a study of peoples opinions. It will allow for comparison between the Brazilian (“locals”) opinions and the rest of the world, scoping English speakers tweets only.
